Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern sales made by Merkatiko SRL (société à responsabilité limitée (SRL) de droit belge, registered office Pegasuslaan 5, 1831 Machelen, Belgique, company number BE 0744.730.564, VAT BE 0744.730.564) via arcanastra.com. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Products and services

• Complete birth chart (PDF): a personalised digital document, priced at 29 EUR incl. tax, delivered by email after payment.
• Individual remote sessions (video call): Discovery (30 min, 65 EUR), Signature (75 to 90 min, 150 EUR), Follow-up (60 min, 90 EUR).

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT applies under the OSS scheme for sales to European Union consumers.

Order and payment

Payment is made online by card via the secure provider Stripe. The order is confirmed once payment is validated. Merkatiko SRL stores no card details.

Delivery

• PDF chart: sent to the email address provided, within moments of payment confirmation.
• Session: the client chooses a slot among real availabilities; a confirmation and a video-call link are sent by email.

Chart-to-session coupon

Purchasing the complete chart grants a single-use 29 EUR coupon, deductible from a session booked within 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 (as transposed into Belgian law), the client generally has 14 days to withdraw. However:

• Digital content (PDF chart): by confirming the order, the client expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once delivery of the content begins (sending of the PDF).
• Sessions: if the service is fully performed before the end of the period, with the client's prior agreement, the right of withdrawal lapses; otherwise the client may withdraw by writing to rwatrisse@merkatiko.com.

15-minute guarantee

In addition to statutory rights, each session comes with a satisfaction guarantee: within the first 15 minutes, the client may end the session and be fully refunded, without having to justify it.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

A session may be cancelled or rescheduled from the confirmation email. Any refunds are made via Stripe, to the original payment method, within a reasonable time.

Liability

The sessions and support offered are wellbeing services. They in no way replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care, and are not a prediction. The client remains solely responsible for their decisions.

Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be sent to rwatrisse@merkatiko.com. Failing an amicable resolution, the client may use the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the client's EU country of residence remain applicable.
